3-Day Front & Centre VIP Passport:$353.00 + HST and applicable service charges. The Front & Centre VIP area is an exclusive standing only area (no chairs) directly in front of the stage with access to a private bar, food concessions, restroom facilities, and dedicated VIP entrance to the festival. It doesn’t get any better than Front & Centre VIP!

VIP AREAS AND CHILDREN:

If you are a VIP passport holder and bringing children 6 years of age or younger with you to the festival, the children will not be able to enter the VIP areas unless they hold a valid VIP Passport. *Children 6 years of age or younger can attend the festival for free in the general admission areas only.

SEATING:

Seating is not provided in any of the areas. Patrons of General Admission and the Crazy Horse VIP Corral are permitted to bring their own lawn chair. Please note that Capital Hoedown does not control people who stand in front of people who are seated in chairs, so please be aware and expect that as the festival attendance increases throughout the night, there is a good chance that your view of the concert will be obstructed by other concertgoers. Chairs are not permitted in the VIP Front & Centre zone.

FOOD CONCESSIONS:

Absolutely no food or beverages upon entry (excluding water). Special dietary foods will require a MedicAlert bracelet or  a doctor’s note with contact info. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on the concert grounds.

CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES:

Personal point-and-shoot cameras are welcome but professional cameras are not permitted. Professional cameras include any with removable or zoom lenses and SLRs. Anyone attempting to record (audio/video) the performance or transmit it via any means will immediately be removed, and may be prosecuted.

ATM MACHINES:

ATM machines will be available on site.

PETS:

Pets are not permitted on the concert grounds or in the parking area. Guide dogs for the blind are permitted.

DISABLED/WHEELCHAIR:

Handicap parking will be available. Please show the security personnel your government issued Accessible Parking Permit and they will allow you to park in the allocatted parking area. There will be a disabled area inside the concert grounds. You are permitted one companion to accompany you at no charge.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:

Alcoholic beverages will be available for sale on the concert grounds. You must provide proof of legal drinking age with a government-issued photo ID. Health cards will not be accepted.
